Sun, Sea and Sand

Can you believe it, there's still a mini heatwave going on in the UK!

Which means only one thing:

We're off to the beach at East Wittering **does a happy dance** strangely we didn't go in the house on wheels, it has a flat tyre and needs an MOT whatever one of them is, so we went in the car and there was no sleeping over like normal, we had to come home afterwards **sob**

We love East Wittering as there's hardly ever anyone on the beach, as everyone crowds up to West Wittering and it gets packed up there.

First things first is a mad dash about as I'm so excited to be back, mummy calls this Riding the Motorbike cos of the way I corners BOL 

Vroom Vroom

When your as small as me even the smallest waves coming in appear pretty huge!

You will not defeat me waves

But all in good time they go out again and into the water I go.

Ahhhhhhh this is fantastic **grins**

All of a sudden it's: 
Yikes I gotta get out of here as the wave tries it's best to smash me on my bonce and pull me under.

OMP I'm outta here!!!!!!

Good News Folks

Good News, I'm now the sole host for "Smile it's Friday"
Mummy will still be adding her post at some point over the weekend, but she has given me the responsibility of posting the linky on my blog every Thursday night.
Well she is a little scatty about remembering to do it ON TIME!!!

It's still jolly hot here in the UK **wipes sweaty brow with paw**

On facepoop it seems as if everypup has a personal paddling pool except poor old me.

Mummy has been searching for one without success until she found a deep tray at Homebase,  she snapped it up and I now have the smallest paddling pool in the UK, probably in the whole wide world too! **embarrassed sigh**

Mummy this is NOT what I meant when I said I wanted a paddling pool.

Ahhh nice and cool on my paws, I wonder if I'm able to lay down in this?

Hot, Hot, Hot

Over here in the UK we've been experiencing a mini heatwave. Luckily for me I gets trimmed pretty short in the summer to keep me cool, but even this old pup was finding it a bit too warm at times.

We live near a canal which is the most pawsome place to cool off in the hot weather, although my own personal paddling pool would be REALLY nice mummy **hint hint** 

Most evenings this week I've been finishing off the day with a quick dip in the canal. 

Ahhhhh total bliss I can tell you.

Of course I have to do the obligatory posing for the camera first, to keep she who must be obeyed happy, then it's time to have some fun and cool off.

Hurry up I want to swim mummy

I found this little stick to play with in the water.

 Now I don't know about you, but I'm not allowed to play with sticks as mummy says they are too dangerous.

Gonna try and see if I can walk on water!

She kept chucking it into the woods when she thought I wasn't looking and I kept bringing it back to her.
She wasn't best pleased, which is daft cos any other time I has to bring back my ball when she throws it.
I do wish hoomans would make up their minds, it gets very confusing sometimes!!!

OOPS guess I can't walk on water then.

Now calm yourselves ladies for the next picture, it's a good job I've a cute butt the amount of times it gets photographed BOL

Day at The Beach

 There's nothing I love more than a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.

I seem to have misplaced my ball here which is unusual as my ball loves the camera as much as me BOL

Now let's go and see who else is smiling this weekend :o)
