I'm soooooooo BORED!!!
Yesterday I jumped off the hoomans bed and yelped loudly waking mummy up. Turned out I'd landed badly and was limping all day, this morning it's not so bad and I can weight bear.
As a result I'm on three days rest, no walks, no galloping about like a pup and worst of all no rough house games with daddy.
My brain is fit to explode with boredom.
Hopefully it's just a little strain, cos if I'm still limping Friday I have to go and see that Nasty Vet Person, that's a place I definitely don't want to go too, especially after last time.
So it's paws crossed and I'll try my hardest to be good and rest, but it's so hard when all I want to do is run about and play all the time.
I do wish you pups wouldn't go jumping around. Just be nice and calm, and no one will get hurt ;-)
ReplyDeleteTake care of you, BB x.
I hope you are feeling better soon. The vet is definitely no fun.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry Badger Boo. Sometimes Nellie has to be off her game for several days if she isn't careful because of having hip dysplasia. Recovering is no fun, but listen to your mom and rest!! xxx
ReplyDeleteOh No! Sending you Golden Healing Thoughts. For sure you'll find something FUN to do indoors. Happy BlogPaws WW. Golden Woofs!

ReplyDeleteSlimDoggy Jack hates when he tweaks something and is forced to rest! Keep your head up Badger, you will heal. Think twice before jumping next time.

That is one super sad face. :-( Hope you're feeling better--walking, galloping, and rough housing with your daddy--very soon!
ReplyDeleteI wish you a very speedy recovery! That does not sound like fun.
ReplyDeleteAww! You poor thing! Hope you get better soon!
ReplyDeleteOuch. So sorry Badger Boo - hope it's nothing serious and you're feeling better in no time.
ReplyDeleteYou better stay off the furniture/bed until your leg gets better. I am terrified of the vet too even though nothing really bad ever happened there. Hope you get better soon.
ReplyDeleteOh dear dawg Badger....you are giving me flashbacks! When I jumped off Ma's bed, I limped for days and then the v-e-t said I actually broke two little bones in my wrist. I had a cast on for 9 weeks!!! I pray you did not hurt yourself too badly because doing nothing for 9 weeks is utterly mind-numbing!

I hope you recover quickly. It's no fun when you can't run around.
